How much is dinner for two?
Ever's official OpenTable listing shows the tasting experience at $345 per person. Two menus total $690. Applying the restaurant's published 20% service charge to that food subtotal brings it to $828 before tax, drinks and any optional extra gratuity. For comparison shopping, use $828 as a food-and-service subtotal, not an all-inclusive evening. Add your planned drinks and transport separately. A lower menu price at another restaurant can lead to a higher final bill if the beverage choices differ.
Reservations and changes
Ever links to OpenTable. Its FAQ says bookings usually open at 9 a.m. Central Time on the first Tuesday of the month, two to three months ahead. Sales are final and non-refundable; contact the restaurant about transferring a booking. A waitlist is available. Reservation policies.
Check every guest's availability before payment, then complete the pre-visit questionnaire together. Keep the confirmation accessible while travelling. If your plans include a flight on the same day, leave a substantial buffer between arrival and dinner rather than treating the booking as movable.
Dietary restrictions need advance approval
Ever requires at least 72 hours' notice for supported restrictions and mild allergies. It does not substitute for food aversions and cannot accommodate serious allergies triggered by cross-contamination. Our advice is to send the exact ingredients each guest avoids, not only a broad label such as vegetarian. Ask the restaurant to confirm the proposed accommodation before purchasing the experience. A menu that works for one person with a similar diet is not proof it works for yours.
Arrival, parking and the rest of your night
Ever is at 1340 W. Fulton Street. Its FAQ lists four hours of validated garage parking for $7, an entrance on Ada Street, and accessible entry from the garage. The restaurant has no formal dress code. Arrival information.
